Jac Bico

Leadgitarist and 'long time' Emotional Nomad Jac Bico won't appear on the next JP album, mainly due to non-matching agendas. JP has been playing live with Yvonne Ebbers, Bico has been on the road with several projects, which will continue into the next season.

Jac Bico was JP's producer/guitarist on Emotional Nomads (1998) and Hotel Yankee Tango (2000). He co-wrote and produced JP's beautiful, intimate solo album "La Jeune Fille Au Chewing Gum (2003). On 'Bad French' he delivered some wonderful (slide) guitar & steelguitar contributions.

Both JP and Jac hope to pick up the slack again somewhere down the line... "Bico is one of the best guitarplayers I've ever worked with. And a first rate creative personality', JP confirms when asked about his feelings regarding Bico's absence on the album. But I' m happy to work with Yvonne now - she has great talent and deserves a chance to show her musical skills as well."
